This document is designed for Advance users who want to intall SharePoint on Windows Server 2008 R2 test machine. SharePoint server also require that you install MS SQL Server 2008 or SQL Express. In this documentation I will go over MS SQL Server 2008 R2 Express installation and configuration for SharePoint Server. In my opnion I would not suggest you to install sharepoint server with MS exchange server. SharePoint overides exchange settings.
